Salary: £50-52k | Permanent | 4 on / 4 off (days & nights)

Take charge of critical systems across a busy food production site. Steam, refrigeration, hydraulics, electrics, fluid transfer, heating, water treatment. Machines do not run without you.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 minimum (apprentice-trained)
• Full driving licence
• Confidence to take charge and recommend improvements
• Organised, methodical, able to work under pressure
• Hands‑on, practical, proud of doing the job properly
