We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us to initially deliver a £20M commercial refurbishment project in Falkirk.

Site Based with some hybrid flexibility.

42.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired; just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a £20M+ refurbishment of a commercial premises in Falkirk, delivering a modern, energy-efficient space for the Department of Work and Pensions. You’ll be instrumental in guiding this significant project from start to finish, working with a collaborative team and building strong relationships with our client and stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading and overseeing project delivery, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing and mentoring site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme requirements are met.
- Acting as the main client point of contact, building excellent working relationships and identifying future opportunities.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities.
- Collaborating with the commercial team to monitor financial performance and produce regular progress reports.
What are we looking for?
- You have proven experience managing high-value construction projects within a main contracting environment.
- You’re confident leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- You have a relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) and membership with a professional body such as CIOB or ICE.
- You hold essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and a driving licence.
- You have strong communication skills and experience working with NEC and JCT contract conditions.
