NIGHT SHIFT PROCESS OPERATOR

The Role – As a Process Operator, you will:

• Prepare and set up production equipment and support the operating of tufting machines safely and efficiently
• Carry out quality checks and maintain high production standards
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets
• Take part in training and continuous improvement activities

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £13.14 per hour with additional £1 per hour Shift premium
• Hours: 45 hours per week
  • MonWed: 8:00pm 8:00 am
  • Thurs: 8:00pm 5:00am
  • Overtime may be required
• Holidays: 6 weeks per year Pension: 3% employer contribution
• Training: Full training provided + development programme to support gaining qualifications

What Were Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
• Good attention to detail and focus on quality
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Ability to perform manual tasks in a factory environment (standing, lifting, handling materials)
