About you
- At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable position
- Experience processing transactions in GBP and EUR, with knowledge of cross-border VAT
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and ERP platforms
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach to resolving disputes and discrepancies
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with construction-specific ERP modules such as Eque2 (EVision)
- Knowledge of industry-specific reporting tools like Jet Reports
- Experience working within the construction, engineering, or public works sectors
- Knowledge of managing subcontractor payments and tax deductions such as CIS and RCT
Preferred Education and Experience
- Relevant finance or accounting qualifications are advantageous
- Proven track record in fast-paced, multi-currency environments

- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and team members
