Job Description We are looking for a detail-driven administrator who will support CDM Coordinators and the HSEQ account team by ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, providing essential documentation control, coordination, and communication across multiple projects and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative, clerical, and operational support to project managers and project teams to ensure effective project delivery. Collate, manage, update, and control CDM and health and safety documentation, including Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health & Safety Files. Submit statutory notifications (F10) to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and manage related compliance records. Coordinate CDM services by scheduling meetings, maintaining CDM trackers, taking minutes, and facilitating communication between clients, designers, and contractors. Assist with site inspections, audits, and the review of contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Format technical reports and provide administrative support to Principal Designers and CDM Advisors. Support budget and resource monitoring, including purchase order management, cost tracking, and expense processing. Act as a central communication hub for internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and methodologies. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and construction site safety requirements. Previous experience in a construction-related, health and safety, or project administration role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems; experience with project management software such as MS Project is desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. IOSH qualification.
