VANRATH are assisting a leading organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer for a temporary contract based in Craigavon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team, providing operational HR support across a wide range of employee relations and people management activities.
The Role
The HR Officer will support managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions, ensuring best practice and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Key duties will include:
Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Supporting employee relations casework including absence management, disciplinary and grievance matters
Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately
Assisting with policy implementation and HR projects
Producing HR reports and management information
Supporting compliance with employment legislation and organisational procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
Previous experience working within a HR function
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
A CIPD qualification, or progress towards CIPD, would be advantageous.
