Business Development Executive – B2B Sales
£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation supplying a wide range of products and solutions to businesses across multiple sectors.
This is a true new business sales role and will suit candidates with a proven track record in B2B sales who have managed the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
Essential Requirements
• Proven B2B sales experience• Experience managing the FULL SALES CYCLE including:
Prospecting
Cold calling
Lead generation
Appointment setting
Pipeline management
Negotiation
Closing sales• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets• Experience selling products or services to businesses• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills• Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and consistent performance
Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with B2B sales experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily retail sales, customer service, or B2C sales environments are unlikely to be suitable.
