Quality Manager – Huntingdon Full-Time Monday-Friday

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will take ownership of food safety, quality, and compliance. From raw material approval through to finished product release, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet legal, customer, and internal standards. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with Procurement, Production, NPD, and suppliers to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all food safety and quality assurance activities across the organization.
- Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and HACCP plans.
- Ensure the site remains audit‑ready at all times.
- Oversee raw material and finished product inspections, ensuring accurate reporting and trending analysis.
- Work collaboratively across departments to uphold compliance and product excellence.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Quality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
- Previous experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and retailer/customer standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
