Solicitor – Senior Solicitor (up to 5 PQE)

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base on both contentious and non contentious planning and environmental matters.
• Handle high profile, complex work across key sectors such as renewable energy, energy infrastructure, housebuilding, retail and leisure, and major commercial developments.
• Participate in some of the most high profile planning litigation in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years’ PQE in planning and environmental law.
• Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions focused approach with resilience, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high quality work.
• Commercially aware and thrives in a collaborative environment.
