£26,000 – £32,000 DOE – Monthly Commission, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) excellent benefits + free parking

Now, our high-performing Rail division in Manchester is looking for an experienced, proactive, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team at different levels.

What you’ll be doing

• Build a client and candidate database of successful working relationships
• Work alongside experienced consultants and learn proven recruitment strategies
• Pick up the phone and build client contacts
• Contribute to a team that values energy, ideas, and results
• Use job boards, databases, and social media to attract high-calibre candidates
• Source skilled professionals across a range of technical disciplines
• Develop and manage your own pipeline of candidates
• Create lasting relationships and become a trusted point of contact
• Match the best candidates to exciting opportunities with leading clients
• Play a key role in growing an already successful team
