Are you experienced working on battery storage projects and looking to join a company with large growth plans? Do you want to use your leadership skills to steer company progress and build on ongoing success?
This company is a leading operations and maintenance contractor within the solar sector. They are experiencing impressive growth and have established themselves as industry leaders. To support this growth, they are looking to bring in a Head of O & M.
Your role will involve overseeing all operations and maintenance functions, ensuring that contractual obligations such as completion time, health and safety, financial and quality of work are met. A figure‑head position will require you to travel across UK sites to meet teams and collaborate where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a background working on battery storage projects and possess a strong technical understanding. Experience in senior leadership and an engineering background will provide the knowledge needed to mentor junior staff.
