Overview

We are looking for a Client Solution Consultant to join our Pre‑Sales team for MuleSoft and Informatica in the UK and Ireland.

The role focuses on becoming a trusted advisor to potential clients, showcasing how MuleSoft and Informatica platforms can revolutionise IT and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, showcasing platforms.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across the sales process.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities considering technical requirements, competition, decision‑makers and funding.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with the client’s IT team and C‑Level executives.
  • Lead architectural discussions and workshops and create PoCs.
  • Respond to functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs independently.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client specifications.
  • Support marketing activities such as writing blogs, demo webinars and speaking at industry events.

What You Will Accomplish

  • In 3 months: attain MuleSoft Developer certification, complete SE training, enhance problem‑solving skills, shadow customer interactions.
  • In 12 months: own technical sales from start to finish, close deals, achieve full product, architecture and sales messaging certifications, deliver PoCs, collaborate on account planning, support marketing events.

Qualifications for Success

  • Prior enterprise software pre‑sales experience.
  • Proficiency building trust with clients and influencing decision‑makers.
  • Hands‑on experience with middleware and integration architecture, API technologies, enterprise messaging, BPM, data integration, MDM, etc.
  • Proficient in development, coding and API design.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with agentic AI preferred.
  • Track record of creating PoCs and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Ability to lead architectural discussions and workshops.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and flexible working hours across UK and Ireland.
