The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team, focusing on tech roles across areas such as software engineering, data, and digital.
This is a 360 role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients across the tech sector
- Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Source, screen, and manage candidates for a range of technical roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from briefing through to offer stage
- Provide market insight and advice to clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Maintain and grow a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within tech or digital markets
- Strong track record of billing and delivering against targets
- Experience in a 360 recruitment role (business development + delivery)
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Commercial mindset and motivation to succeed in a performance‑driven environment
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data professionals, or digital specialists
- Existing client relationships or network within the tech space
Working Setup
- Full‑time role
- Hybrid working (Manchester office + remote flexibility)
Package
- £35,000 – £50,000 base salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
