For a leading multinational company operating in the luxury goods sector, we are seeking a Retail / Multi-Store Manager based in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s retail network across London, including Showrooms, Boutiques, and Department Store locations. The role combines commercial leadership, operational excellence, and people management, with the objective of driving business growth while ensuring a consistent and exceptional brand experience across all points of sale.
Working closely with senior management, the Retail / Multi-Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators, developing retail teams, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations across London.
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability, implementing action plans where required
- Ensure excellence in client experience and relationship management, with particular attention to high-end and international clientele.
- Guarantee compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as a key Brand Ambassador, representing the company and its values within the local market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support retail initiatives, events, and business development activities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience within Luxury or Ultra-Luxury brands.
- Strong background in retail management, ideally overseeing multiple locations, flagship stores, or complex retail environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales growth and operational results.
- Experience working with demanding and high-profile clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, energetic, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Fluent English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
