Class 2 HGV driver

We have an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to secure a permanent position – our client is looking for a full-time HGV Class 2 (Cat C) driver. This position is with an immediate start and is working for a family run Timber company, based North of Ripon.This is a Temp – Perm position, you will be working though Driver Hire on a 12 week period before transferring over to our Client.The role will involve: Local and regional deliveriesManual handling/loading and unloading timber productsOvernight runs where requiredCustomer-facing deliveriesSupporting general warehouse/yard operations when required The role offers: Full-time permanent position Mon-Fri (no weekends or night driving)Family business environment celebrating 70 years next yearStable long-term opportunityWell-maintained vehicles and equipment Role requirements: – Full LGV C (Class 2) licenceA valid Driver CPCA valid Digital Tachograph CardMust be reliable, with excellent timekeepingGood communication skillsA flexible approach to work with a positive and professional attitude.
