Residential Conveyancer – Residential Development Team

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity?
We’re seeking a conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, with confidence handling both freehold and leasehold transactions independently.
What you’ll do:
✔ Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
✔ Handle part exchange transactions for leading national housebuilders
✔ Draft contracts and conveyancing documentation
✔ Deal with enquiries, title reviews and searches
✔ Negotiate and exchange contracts
✔ Manage completions, SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations
✔ Work on some unregistered property transactions
What we’re looking for:
✅ At least 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience
✅ Ability to run transactions independently from start to finish
✅ Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
✅ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
No previous part exchange or plot sales experience is required – full support will be provided.
