Swift Education is recruiting a dedicated Teacher to work within a specialist ASD base located within a supportive mainstream school in Tooting. This is an excellent opportunity to combine the benefits of a specialist setting with the wider opportunities and resources of a mainstream environment.

The Role

• Teaching and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Delivering personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs
• Creating a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure positive outcomes
• Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with students with ASD and additional needs
• Strong understanding of SEND best practice
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
