About the Role
You’ll lead multiple engineering squads responsible for core product domains.
- Manage and mentor engineers across seniority levels
- Drive planning, delivery and technical direction
- Partner closely with product and senior technical leadership
- Improve engineering processes, quality and developer velocity
- Stay technically credible through design input, PR reviews and guidance
- Help define future technology and architecture direction
