Site Manager

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands largest private property developers. The company, based in Tyrone, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Monaghan, ideally the candidate will have a good residential project history and a keen eye for detail.

This is a new build private development of 24 units.

Packages around £60-65k plus fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience on housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
• Site Supervisors Card
• First Aid
• Engineering background preferable

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
