Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Graduate Account Manager to join their commercial team.

The Opportunity
This role is designed as a development pathway into a customer-facing account management career.
Initially, you’ll spend time learning the company’s products, services, customers, and markets while supporting client engagement and account development activities. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll gradually transition into managing your own portfolio of accounts, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
You’ll work alongside experienced account managers, engineers, and operational teams, gaining valuable commercial experience while developing the skills needed to become a successful account management professional.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the management and development of existing client accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries and requirements.
- Following up on customer enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and activity through the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborating with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Supporting customer meetings, site visits, and account reviews.
- Attending exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Progressing into a client-facing, field-based account management role as part of your development.
