Trainee Sales Executive – 360 Sales Role

Greater Leeds Area (Hybrid Working) | £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000+ Year 1)

You’ll join a team working with SMEs across the UK, gaining hands-on experience in a full 360 sales role — giving you exposure to everything from prospecting through to closing deals.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, allowing you to build confidence and capability quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and contacting potential new clients
  • Building interest and generating opportunities through outbound activity
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand business needs
  • Managing and developing your own sales pipeline
  • Presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers
  • Closing deals and onboarding new customers
  • Maintaining and growing relationships after the sale

Salary & Earnings

  • £30,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission with £10,000–£12,000 expected in year one
