As an Associate Measurement Lead in our Media division, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how advertisers succeed on Reddit’s media platform. Your work will influence how brands connect with audiences, measure impact, and optimise campaigns.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead brand lift studies from start to finish on Reddit’s platform.
- Run kick-off calls, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights to internal and external teams.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on research objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to meet timelines and maintain quality.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and proactively address challenges.
Ideal skills & experience
- At least 1 year in advertising research or measurement, with knowledge of experimentation and basic statistical methods.
- Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in digital ad research, ad tech, or media.
- Strong communication skills – you’re confident presenting data and telling stories that inspire action.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Must communicate effectively in spoken and written English and either German, Dutch, French, or Spanish.
