Quantity Surveyor (Temp)

3-month contract role – potential to go permanent – City of London – Senior QS required to start ASAP Your new company You’ll be joining a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the most exciting £60m projects in the City of London. The organisation is known for its strong pre-construction capability and successful track record on complex, high-value schemes. Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role during the project’s two-stage pre-construction phase, working under a PCSA. Your responsibilities will focus on: – Procuring multiple work packages (currently underway) – Managing pre-construction and prelim packages – Buying permanent works packages – Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring smooth progression into Stage 2 This is a contract role requiring someone confident to working autonomously within a high-performing commercial team.
