Working alongside experienced charter professionals, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for clients, brokers, and yacht crews while supporting the administration and coordination of luxury yacht charters worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Charter Management team with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with charter bookings, client documentation, and itineraries
- Coordinating with yacht crews, brokers, suppliers, and clients
- Preparing charter agreements, reports, and marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with client communications and ensuring exceptional service standards
- Providing general team support across charter operations and projects
About You
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, professional, and eager to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in luxury travel, hospitality, or yachting
- Fluent in English
