Following a recent funding round led by leading investors, the business has grown rapidly to approximately 50 employees and is entering a period of significant expansion. With proprietary technology already deployed at commercial scale and strong market demand driving growth, the company is now building the foundations required to scale from an early-stage team into a globally impactful organisation.
As they enter this next phase of growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to build and scale the talent infrastructure needed to support ambitious hiring plans across engineering, operations and corporate functions.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey, helping shape how talent is identified, assessed and hired as the organisation grows from 50 to 500 employees.
The Opportunity
You will design, build and optimise recruitment operations across the business, creating scalable systems and processes that enable exceptional hiring outcomes whilst maintaining a high bar for talent.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the business can attract and hire the people required to deliver its long-term growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimise recruitment processes, assessment frameworks and hiring workflows.
- Build scalable talent pipelines across technical and operational functions.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment systems, reporting and candidate experience.
- Manage multiple strategic hiring programmes simultaneously.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to deliver hiring objectives.
- Coordinate external recruitment partners where required.
- Develop initiatives, events and communities that strengthen the company’s employer brand and talent network.

- Strong operational and project management skills.
