Field Sales Executive

Location: Preston

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £32,000)

The Opportunity

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our growing Preston team as Field Sales Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression. You will be supported with structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to progress.

1-stage in-person interview taking place in the first week of July.

The Role

This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for managing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and building strong commercial relationships within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients on a daily/weekly basis
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Work towards and exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of service

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Positive attitude with strong resilience and ambition
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
