Requirements
- This is a role for someone who can sit comfortably between Product, Engineering and Creative — someone who understands how complex technology actually works, but knows how to turn it into simple, sharp, high-quality storytelling
- You’ll need strong product or integrated marketing fundamentals, excellent creative judgment, and enough technical depth to earn trust with engineers while pushing the work to be clearer, bolder, and more commercially valuable
- 4+ years of product marketing, integrated marketing, or launch marketing experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
- AI or deep-tech fluency. You can understand complex systems, ask smart questions, and translate technical concepts into simple, compelling value without losing accuracy. You’re comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering
- Creative excellence. You have strong creative judgment, a sharp aesthetic eye, and a high bar for craft across copy, design, motion, social, and content. You know how to turn a product update into work that feels clear, distinctive, and worth paying attention to
- Strong execution and ownership. You’re highly organized, proactive, and reliable. You can manage multiple moving pieces, keep track of the details, chase inputs, spot risks early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can create clarity in fast-moving environments, make smart tradeoffs, and keep momentum high without waiting for perfect information
- Bias toward action and impact. You move quickly, care about outcomes, and know how to balance speed, quality, and commercial value
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly creative, technically fluent Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our weekly Product & Tech announcements
- You’ll be responsible for making our product momentum visible every week: translating new features, AI capabilities, technical improvements, experiments, and launches into compelling announcements that show the pace, quality, and ambition of what we’re building
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our always-on product announcement cadence, making sure every week’s updates are clear, compelling, and aligned to our broader company, product, and brand narrative
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand what’s shipping, why it matters, how it works, and how it strengthens our market position
- Build repeatable systems for identifying, prioritizing, packaging, and launching weekly announcements across the right external and internal channels
- Turn raw product and technical inputs into polished launch narratives, creative briefs, messaging, FAQs, and channel-ready assets
- Balance speed and quality: you can move quickly without letting the work become generic, sloppy, or overly technical
- Anticipate blockers before they become problems, escalating when needed and making pragmatic tradeoffs to protect quality and momentum
- Lead creative development for weekly announcements, from idea to execution, in partnership with Brand, Design, Content, and Social
- Bring strong instincts for what makes an announcement feel fresh, ownable, and worth paying attention to. Know when a product update needs a simple, elegant explanation and when it deserves a bigger creative swing
- Shape briefs that give creative teams the strategy, insight, tension, and clarity they need to do their best work
- Be hands-on with the creative team — whether that means writing the first draft, creating the storyboard, reframing the angle, or helping teams land the final execution
