New Vacancy: Implementation Specialist

Payescape is a national provider of cloud-based Payroll, Human Resources and Time & Attendance software backed up by world class customer service. We are currently looking for a highly organised Implementation Specialist to implement clients on our HR and TLM software, powered by UKG Ready.

Full training on the UKG Ready software will be provided.

This role will be ideal for someone with a background in Implementation, Project Management, IT, or any technical/client facing role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements
  • Implement and build a solution that meets the clients needs
  • Provide ongoing software support with our existing client base
  • Support and track the progress of the projects
  • Developing optimisation strategies and providing excellent customer service
  • Liaising with all departments within the company
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Good spoken and written communication skills, confident in speaking and presenting to external customers
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • IT proficient, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Honesty
  • Willingness to learn

Desirable Skills:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in implementing Time and attendance or HR software
  • Experience in Kronos, ADP, Mitrefinch or other ERP

Hours:Full Time, Monday Friday 9am 5pm, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working: This is a hybrid role from our offices in Ballymoney with the first 4 months in Ballymoney office full time for training purposes

Salary: £26,000 – £38,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
