Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (14-Month FTC)

Job Type: Full Time | Fixed-Term Contract £80,000

Our client is a leading global organisation operating across the UK, Europe, and APAC. They are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join on a maternity cover contract. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and business performance across an international environment

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partner

ingPartner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goa

ls.Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives including restructuring and transformation.

Employee Relations

Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations across multiple jurisdiction

ons. Support managers through processes, ensuring best practice and compliance.

HR Operations & Governance

Oversee delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring robust and compliant HR processes. Lead HR operations, policies, performance cycles, and global mobility activity.

Payroll, Talent & Development

Support payroll oversight across regions, acting as an escalation point where required. Lead recruitment activity in line with business plans and partner on hiring strategies. Identify capability gaps and support delivery of learning and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level within a global, matrix organisation
  • Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law
  • Proven track record delivering organisational change and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior level
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Background in real estate or financial services
  • Experience supporting international workforces (EMEA/APAC/AMER)
  • Exposure to regulated environments

  • Strategic but hands-on, comfortable operating across both levels
