THE ROLE:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 95 residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management
- Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy administration
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio
- Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
THE PROFILE:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service

Salary: Up to £42,000
Location: Central London office with South West London portfolio
Flexible Working: 1–2 days working from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
