Solution Architect (Ansible experience needed)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

This role focuses on network automation and connectivity, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. You will play a key role in driving modern infrastructure practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud networking.

Candidates must demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise in the following areas:

• In-depth knowledge of Ansible for network infrastructure
• Strong experience creating and managing Ansible playbooks
• Proven ability to integrate Ansible with network and enterprise systems
• In-depth knowledge of workflow integration for infrastructure networks
• Experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end automation workflows
• Ability to connect tools, systems, and processes into seamless automated pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure
• Building and managing pipeline automation for network infrastructure
• Experience with CI testing, including both physical infrastructure
• Strong use of GitHub or similar tools for pipeline orchestration

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all solution architecture aspects of IT projects
• Design end‑to‑end solutions across business process, data, applications, infrastructure, and security
• Produce high‑quality solution designs aligned to enterprise standards
• Review, assure, and approve detailed technical designs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business needs and technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to architecture governance and review boards
• Mentor teams on architecture standards and best practices
• Monitor new technologies and ensure solutions are future‑proof
