We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the support team for our Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS).

Location: Office based at 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF. Travel to other Randox sites will be required.

Contract: Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 4 x 10 hour days per week. Mostly Monday to Thursday.

What does this role involve?

  • Data analysis and report generation associated with technical queries from RIQAS Schemes
  • Maintenance and upkeep of our inhouse database.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely fashion
  • As well as providing technical advice you will assist in the training of RIQAS staff, Randox Representatives and distributors
  • The provision of information and assistance in the promotion and development of our bespoke products.
  • Administrative duties involved in the forecasting and production of RIQAS programmes.
  • Provide effective communication with customers, distributors, and other business staff in relation to product changes or other information.
  • Other administrative duties, as required.

The Candidate:Essential:

  • Fluent Polish Speaker
  • Educated to at least Honours degree level in Biochemistry, chemistry, immunology or a life science sunject
  • Excellent time management, communication, organisational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate fast and accurate typing.
  • Ability to learn and retain information quickly.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Background in Biological Science.
  • Previous experience in a technical/customer support role
  • Understanding of proficiency testing software
