About you

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience, ideally at managerial or senior generalist level
  • Proven track record delivering TUPE processes in UK organisations
  • Experience managing UK visa sponsorship and immigration compliance
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and early careers development
  • Strong employee relations background within complex or multi-site settings
  • Solid understanding of UK & NI employment law and HR policies
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Comfortable in high-pressure, change-driven environments

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage TUPE processes ensuring compliant employee transitions
  • Support organisational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce planning
  • Manage immigration and visa sponsorship activities to support hiring needs
  • Drive apprenticeship and early careers programmes to develop future talent
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including grievances and investigations
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders across UK & NI operations
  • Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and data-driven decision making
  • Offer pragmatic, solutions-focused HR leadership during a period of growth
