Our busy Manufacturing client are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and fast-paced customer support team.

This role is ideal for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer support at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a global customer base.
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer enquiries relating to pricing, product availability, and order status.
- Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems.
- Participate in customer service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service, customer support, or office administration environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional telephone manner and strong listening skills.
Desirable
- Experience within a busy office, service, or call centre environment.
- Previous experience using CRM, ERP, or customer management systems.
- Experience handling customer orders, quotations, or service requests.
