Regional Legal Director – Commercial Property

10+ Years PQE, Stoke on Trent, £90,000+ (DOE). We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to lead the northern region of our national firm and shape the strategic direction of the property team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high‑performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Shape the future of the department, delivering high‑quality legal services and driving business growth.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re‑mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
• Champion business development activities, build lasting client relationships and enhance the firm’s regional reputation.
• Maintain strong time management, organisation and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 10 Years PQE.
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring and inspiring a successful commercial property team.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
