A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly respected distribution professional to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing investment management businesses.
This is a senior, figurehead role designed for an individual with an established reputation within the adviser market and a proven track record of driving significant asset growth through IFAs, networks, nationals and strategic accounts.
The successful candidate will become the public face of a rapidly expanding discretionary investment business, helping to shape the next stage of growth whilst working closely with the board, investment team and existing sales leadership. The Opportunity
- Lead the firm’s growth strategy across the UK intermediary market.
- Develop and deepen relationships with advisers.
- Drive significant net new assets through a combination of existing relationships and new business development activity.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, events, webinars and within the financial press.
- Work closely with investment professionals to articulate a compelling investment proposition to advisers and their clients.
- Contribute to proposition development, strategic planning and the future direction of the business.
- Act as a senior ambassador for the brand within the adviser community.

Requirements
- Extensive experience within DFM / MPS,
- Well-established reputation and network across the UK adviser market.
- Demonstrable history of gathering assets and building successful distribution businesses.
- Strong understanding of investment markets, portfolio construction and adviser requirements.
- Commercially minded with the credibility to engage at board, investment committee and senior adviser level.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated by long‑term growth opportunities.
