Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Mentor and support junior developers where appropriate.
  • Ensure software solutions meet performance, security, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
  • Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and building scalable software applications.
  • Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems and collaborative development processes.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working on large-scale, business-critical, or enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and modern development practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
  • Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
