LAW Absolute are working with a well-regarded London Local Authority seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join their dynamic Property, Contracts & Planning team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You’ll provide high-quality paralegal support across a collaborative legal team, working closely with solicitors on a range of matters, including:

- Commercial contracts and procurement matters
- Property transactions and landlord & tenant work
- Right to Buy matters
- Planning and development-related legal work
- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents
- Legal research and case preparation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties

About You

To be considered, you must have:

- nt
- Previous experience in at least one of the following areas:ntCommercial Contracts, Property, or Planning law- previous property experience would be the most desirable
- Experience working in a legal environment (private practice or public sector)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
