Private Client Solicitor | Leeds | 3–6 Years' PQE Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established UK Top 100 law firm?

n An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client team in Leeds. Working alongside experienced Partners and specialists, you'll benefit from exposure to high-quality work, genuine career progression and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with a loyal client base.

n This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working on technically interesting matters and wants to be part of a collaborative team where quality of service comes first.

n The Role You'll manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters, including:n  

n

n
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation

n

• Trust creation, administration and ongoing trustee advice

n

• Probate and estate administration, including high-value and complex estates

n

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

n

• Business succession planning

n

• Deeds of Variation

n

• Advising clients with UK and overseas assets

n

• Working closely with accountants, financial advisers and other professionals to deliver joined-up advice

n

n

You'll also be encouraged to get involved in networking, business development and helping to further strengthen the firm's already successful Private Client offering.

n About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:n  

n

n
• Around 3–6 years' PQE in Private Client

n

• Experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters independently

n

• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning

n

• STEP qualification (or a desire to work towards it) would be advantageous but is by no means essential

n

n
