About the Organisation:
A world-renowned arts institution is seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on a fractional basis. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and trustees to:
- Optimise external legal spend and manage risk during a transition away from a long-term advisor.
- Advise on employment matters (significant HR activity with a large seasonal workforce).
- Advise on day to day contractual and legal matters.
- Support on IP, data protection (DSARs), and governance issues.
- Help reduce reliance on external counsel and build a cost-effective legal framework.
