LinkedIn: , review, analyze and negotiate various contract documents, including master services agreements, data protection agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, license agreements, reseller agreements, NDAs, RFPs, etc. in English and preferably in a second European language, with a heavy focus on technology contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have completed a doctorate or masters of law (or equivalent degrees)
- Minimum 7 years of experience practicing law in areas applicable to the position
- Minimum 7 years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents in English and preferably in a second European language
- Minimum 7 years of experience with UK Public Procurement laws
- Minimum 7 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts including technology contracts
- Minimum 7 year of experience with data privacy, including GDPR
- Experience working in-house
- Knowledge in data privacy/cybersecurity
- Experience with compliance programs
- Licensed Attorney/barrister or solicitor (previously held or current)
- Excellent verbal and written command in English and preferably in a second European language
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiating skills with both legal and commercial issues
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships between the organization’s business units and affiliate entities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to handle high volumes of work at a fast pace
- Ability to work with teams long-distance
