Private Client Solicitor | Leeds | 3–6 Years’ PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client team in Leeds. Working alongside experienced Partners and specialists, you’ll benefit from exposure to high‑quality work, genuine career progression and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with a loyal client base.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working on technically interesting matters and wants to be part of a collaborative team where quality of service comes first.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation
- Trust creation, administration and ongoing trustee advice
- Probate and estate administration, including high-value and complex estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Business succession planning
- Deeds of Variation
- Advising clients with UK and overseas assets
- Working closely with accountants, financial advisers and other professionals to deliver joined‑up advice
You’ll also be encouraged to get involved in networking, business development and helping to further strengthen the firm’s already successful Private Client offering.
About You
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
- Around 3–6 years’ PQE in Private Client
- Experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
- STEP qualification (or a desire to work towards it) would be advantageous but is by no means essential
