Warehouse ManagerRate: £15.83 Per HourHours: 14:00 – 23:00 (Backshift)Location: Eurocentral, MotherwellAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Backshift Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Eurocentral site. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of warehouse operations during the backshift.You’ll manage a team of warehouse operatives, drive performance against KPIs, and ensure all processes meet company standards for productivity, quality, and health & safety.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise warehouse operations during the backshiftLead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and supervisorsEnsure all daily targets and KPIs are achieved (productivity, accuracy, service levels)Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance with all site proceduresOversee goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch operationsHandle staff rota planning, attendance, and performance managementIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesCommunicate effectively with senior management and other shifts to ensure smooth handoversInvestigate and resolve operational issues, incidents, or discrepancies Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a warehouse or distribution management roleStrong people management and leadership skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesGood understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance metricsSound knowledge of health & safety regulations within a warehouse environmentAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesConfident decision-maker with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetGood IT skills (WMS, Microsoft Office preferred)Flexibility to work backshift hours What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate of £15.83 per hourStable backshift hoursOpportunity to work within a fast-paced, growing operationSupportive management team and clear expectations…
