The Team
Our Transaction Services Team (TST), launched in 2010, is a market leader in delivering innovative, efficient legal support. As one of the firm’s largest divisions, we comprise apprentices, paralegals, managers and solicitors, working together to deliver world-class service. TST focuses on a wide range of legal tasks that do not always require qualified lawyers, utilising technology to deliver better value and respond to client needs. The Role
You Will Support a Wide Range Of Corporate And Commercial Projects And Play a Key Part At Every Stage. Tasks Include
- managing electronic data rooms
- assisting with due diligence
- reviewing contracts
- supporting transactions through to completion
You’ll also be involved in disclosure exercises, GDPR‑related requests, and post‑completion tasks, while ensuring all documentation is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
Skills And Experience
You’ll be a confident communicator with a proactive, positive mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines. A strong work ethic, sound judgement, and commercial awareness are essential, along with a genuine interest in using technology to deliver high‑quality legal work.
