Damp & Building Pathology Specialist (Preservation)

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Preservation Surveyor to diagnose damp, mould and moisture issues across our housing stock. You will be a technical authority on building pathology, specifying robust, long-term remedial solutions with a focus on tenant health and compliance with Awaab’s Law timelines.

You will liaise with housing officers, contractors and residents to communicate repair expectations and deliver high-quality reports, ensuring durability and compliance with SHQS and EESSH.
