Electrical Engineering Manager (Assets)
The client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of their electrical maintenance services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the planning, compliance, and operational excellence of a large and diverse estate.
As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of electrical maintenance—both planned and reactive—ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory obligations, SLAs and KPIs.
You will provide expert guidance to a dedicated team of 6 electricians and support staff, acting as the subject matter expert for electrical systems and compliance.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to develop robust maintenance strategies in a complex technical environment. You will manage budgets, oversee maintenance contracts, and ensure our CAFM and PPM systems are maintained to the highest standard. xwzovoh Your decisions will impact estate-wide operations, making this a role where proactive thinking and technical expertise truly matter.
Essential Criteria:
HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Extensive experience in electrical building services within complex estates
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience with CAFM systems and managing maintenance budgets
