The Castle of Brecon Hotel, part of Coaching Inn Group, invites an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade of 9 in a busy hotel setting. You will develop seasonal menus, maintain top quality, and foster a positive, high-performance kitchen culture.

You should have proven Head Chef experience in high-volume hospitality, a passion for Modern British and Welsh produce, strong leadership and cost-controlling skills, and a full UK driving licence due to the rural location.
