We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to support the running of a well-established nursing home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll ensure high standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction while leading a committed team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership to care and nursing teams.
- Support the Home Manager with compliance, governance, and inspection standards.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to reach their full potential.
- Take responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence.
- Participate in the on-call rota alongside the Home Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a care home setting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to excellence.
Working Hours
40 hours per week (typically 12-hour shifts).
Some weekend and on-call responsibilities.
