Field Scheduler & Permits Liaison

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Field Co-ordinator to support leakage and customer works in the Milton Keynes area. You will liaise with repair teams, plan and schedule activities, and work with local councils to secure permits.

The role focuses on keeping customers informed from start to resolution and managing complex field requests with timely escalation. You will also engage with internal planning tools, demonstrate strong communication, adaptability and the ability to prioritise
