AI Transformation Change Lead

BPP is seeking a Change Lead with a focus on AI to drive transformation across the organisation. You will embed AI-enabled initiatives and ensure effective communication, adoption, and sustainable change.

Working closely with Programme Managers and the AI Lead, you will translate strategic priorities into structured change plans and build leadership messaging and training to support new ways of working across BPP’s centres and regions.
